Apex Legendsが起動できない「Engine Error」の対策について（「CSOM_MilesAsync_OpenOrFindFile( "audio\ship\general_english.mstr" ) failed to open file; try resyncing」エラー）

OriginクライアントおよびApex Legendsをインストールしてプレイしようとしても次のエラーが発生し、Apex Legendsが起動できない問題が一部のユーザーに発生している模様です。

CSOM_MilesAsync_OpenOrFindFile("audio\ship\general_english.mstr") failed to open file; try resyncing

このエラーが出てしまった場合は、ゲームの修復（Origin＞マイゲームライブラリ＞ゲームを右クリック＞修復）もしくは、Originの再インストールを行ってみてください。特に「Originの再インストールで直った」ユーザーが多いようです。

エラーが起きたため、○○さんはPS4からログアウトします。

ディスプレイドライバー nvlddmkm が応答を停止しましたが、正常に回復しました。

Origin上でApex Legendsをダウンロードする段階で次のエラーが表示されてしまう場合があります。その場合には、OriginへのEAアカウントでの再ログインを行ってみてください。

次のエラーが発生する場合は、インストール先を変更していた場合はインストール先をデフォルトに戻す、もしくは、Originを一度アンインストールしてから、最新版のOriginインストーラーで改めてインストールし直すところからやり直してみてください。
