【Microsoft Rewards】「Bingで探す」が英語で表示されてしまう

現在発生しているのは、Microsoft Rewardsに用意されている「Bingで探す」枠内のタスクが、突然英語で表示されるようになってしまう、という現象です。

PCから直接Microsoft Rewardsにアクセスした場合だけでなく、Bingの検索結果でMicrosoft Rewardsのサイドバーを開いた場合や、iPhone版のBingアプリ内からMicrosoft Rewardsを開いた場合にも、タスクのタイトルおよび説明が英語で表示されてしまいます。

具体的には、以下のような英語タスクが表示されてしまい、日本語タスクが表示されません。

• Learn song lyrics​ Search on Bing for the lyrics of your favorite song [Explore now]

• Send a smile Search on Bing for fast and fresh flower delivery options
• Stream your favorites​ Search on Bing to find the best streaming platforms and bundles

特に英語設定に変更したわけではなく、また、英語になるにしても、「Bingで探す」という全体の中での一部のみが英語となっており、ほとんどは日本語のまま表示されている、という点が特徴となっています。

現在、複数のプラットフォームで一斉に英語表示されてしまうケースが発生しており、ブラウザやユーザー特有の問題ではなく、多くの日本語利用ユーザーに共通して発生している何らかの不具合、もしくは、タスクのデータの用意ミス等が原因と考えられます。

しかしその一方で、タスクをクリアできない訳ではなく、英語で記述された内容を読んで、普段通りにタスクに該当するキーワードを用いてBing検索することで、タスク自体はクリア可能となっている模様です。

このような状況であり、かつ、ユーザー側で日本語表示に戻す方法が見つかっていない状態のため、根本的な問題解決は、Microsoft Rewardsの運営側の対応完了を待つようにしてみてください。

一方で、その対応完了がいつになるのかは不明の状態であるため、それまでにタスクをクリアしていきたい場合には、タスクの内容の英語を読み、普段通り日本語でも英語でもBing検索を行い、クリアになるかどうかを確認してください（つまり、タスクのタイトルや説明が英語で表示されているだけで、日本語で表示されているときと同じように取り組みます）。

日本語で読む際には、Bingブラウザ上で右クリックをして「日本語に翻訳」を利用することで、それぞれのタスクをそのままの場所で、日本語に翻訳することが可能です。

2026年4月4日現在も、「Bingで探す」内のタスクが英語で表示されてしまう現象の発生が続いており、タスクが入れ替わった状態で、次のように英語表示されてしまっています。

4月5日となり、英語表示が続きつつ、次のタスクが開放されるのではなく、総入れ替えとなりました。

• Houses near you​ Search on Bing for real-estate available in your dream town. [Start looking now]

• Swipe smart​ Search on Bing to find credit cards with top rewards and rates
• Plan a quick getaway Search on Bing for a flight to your perfect vacation
• Protect what matters​ Search on Bing for the best insurance plans for your needs

なお、タスクのカード右上に、獲得できるポイントが表示されている場合と表示されていない場合が混在してり、違和感のある状態となっています。

しかし、右上に獲得できるポイント（+10等）が表示されていないタスクであっても、引き続き日本語で、クリアすることは可能のようです。獲得済みのマークも表示されませんが、獲得時にポイントを獲得したとのメッセージが表示されます。

4月6日となり、本日も内容が入れ替わる現象が発生しつつ、その表記は英語のままとなっています。

ただし昨日と比較すると、昨日の開放されていなかったタスクが開放されつつ、昨日から解放されていたタスクは表示されなくなり、未解放タスクが新たに補充されている、という、「押し出し」型の挙動をしていることが確認できました。

これまでの、１つずつタスクが開放される形式から、４つのタスクがまとめて開放され、続きのタスクが補充される、という形式に変化しているようです。

4月7日に日付が変わったものの、英語表記は変化せず、また、開放されているタスクの数が4から3に減少しています。しかし前回同様、押し出し方式で、未解放だったタスクが開放され、追加のタスクが補充される、という構造となっているようです。

昨日4月20日時点より、１つのタスク「Gaming time」が英語表記となる問題が発生しています。

この内容は、こちらのページの「ゲームの時間」に相当するタスクがなぜか英語表示になってしまったものと思われます。

また、以前の英語表記タスクと同様に、日本語の検索ワードでもクリア可能であり、無理に英語で検索する必要はありません。

4月28日現在、「Bingで探す」のタスクが入れ替わり、「Gaming time」のタスクが消えた一方で、新たに別のタスク「What time is it?」が唯一の英語表示タスクとして表示される状態となりました。

[土曜日に利用可能]

現時点で利用できないタスクですが、こちらに関しても表記は英語となっているものの、内容に沿っていれば日本語の検索ワードでもクリア可能なものと思われます。

本日2026年5月19日に開放されたタスクが英語表示となっています。

そのタスクの内容は、、以前英語が表示されていた「Gaming time」です。

このことから、現在も完全な解決には至っていないものと考えられます。

2026年5月29日現在、Microsoft Rewardsのデザインが大幅に変更され、「Bingで探す」の位置も大きく変更されましたが、その内容自体は今までの延長となっています。

そうした中で「Bingで探す」の明日開放予定のタスクに関して、「What time is it?」という件名の英語で表示される現象が発生しています。
